國內水路貨物運輸保險條款

1. 《保險法》如何界定國內貨物運輸保險

一、國內貨物運輸保險的保險責任
國內水路、陸路貨物運輸保險分為基本險和綜合險兩種。
(一)基本險的保險責任。
保險人負責賠償保險貨物遭受的下列損失:

(二)綜合險的保險責任。保險人除承擔基本險的責任外,還負責賠償保險貨物遭受的下列損失:
1. 因受震動、碰撞、擠壓而造成破碎、彎曲、凹癟、折斷、開裂或包裝破裂致使貨物散失的損失。
2. 液體貨物因受震動、碰撞或擠壓致使所用容器(包括封口)損壞而滲漏的損失,或用液體保藏的貨物因液體滲漏而造成保藏貨物腐爛變質的損失。
3. 遭受盜竊或整件提貨不著的損失。
4. 符合安全運輸規定而遭受雨淋所致的損失。二、貨物運輸保險的責任免除
